Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by StarWay Los Banos Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
StarWay Los Banos Tree Service provides tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related work. All services are subject to proper scheduling, weather conditions, and site accessibility.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery, including hidden hazards, additional equipment needs, or unforeseen complications. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by California law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.
Property Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas. This includes securing pets, notifying us of underground utilities, and ensuring gates or pathways are accessible. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you should remove valuable items from work areas.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities before tree work begins. We can advise you on typical requirements in Los Banos, CA, but ultimate responsibility rests with the property owner.
Liability and Insurance
StarWay Los Banos Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed, damage to property caused by acts of nature during service delivery, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.
Emergency Services
Emergency tree removal services are provided on a best-effort basis. During severe weather events or high-demand periods, response times may be longer than usual. Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours or urgent situations.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We do not warrant against natural tree failure, disease, or pest damage that may occur after service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
